Gifted & Talented
Queen Anne’s uses differentiated learning, independent study, enrichment, and advanced secondary coursework for students with high academic, creative, artistic, or leadership potential.
How services work: Classroom differentiation, project-based and small-group learning, enrichment clubs, independent study, honors, AP, dual enrollment, early college, and internships form the published service menu.
How students are identified: CogAT screening in grades 3 and 5 supports academic gifted identification, alongside MCAP, i-Ready, and teacher recommendations. The district publishes parent score guidance and a gifted-services handbook.
