Published processParents, guardians and staff may refer a currently enrolled student once each year. The district uses approved qualitative and quantitative assessments and activities. Three trained educators, with selected parent and community participation, consider the preponderance of evidence and send written notice. Appeals are due within thirty calendar days and must identify new evidence or a process error.
