Referrals are due September 24, 2026. Published testing dates include November 7, November 14, December 12 and January 4, depending on grade and assignment.

A trained committee reviews quantitative and qualitative evidence holistically; two scores at or above the 97th percentile trigger automatic placement consideration. Notice is sent by mail and an appeal is due within fifteen business days.
