Published processParents, teachers and counselors may refer a student at any time. Kindergarten through Grade 3 receive annual MAP Growth screening. The identification record may include achievement and ability tests, teacher behavioral checklists and classroom observations, and a trained committee reviews both objective and subjective evidence.
