Published processAn initial pool is built from district benchmarks, NJSLA, and teacher recommendation. Evaluation then considers CogAT, parent and teacher questionnaires, Renzulli social-behavior ratings, grades, and an interview with the gifted teacher or school counselor.

Published modelTier 1 differentiates daily K-12 lessons for level and interest. Identified elementary students add pull-out focused on higher-level thinking, creativity, communication, self-awareness, and independent task management. Middle school adds Genius Hour and specialty activities; high school adds Honors, AP, Virtual High School, electives, clubs, sports, and activities.
