Mine Hill gives all PK-3 students classroom enrichment and screens students at the beginning of Grade 4 or later for weekly Grades 4-6 Quest. Quest runs from October through June.

Published processThe review committee—principal, counselor, and enrichment coach—considers nonverbal reasoning, standardized scores for Quest, and parent and teacher recommendations about learning characteristics, attitude, curiosity, high ability, achievement, motivation, creativity, and critical thinking. Families receive an eligibility letter after review.
Published modelPK-3 enrichment is teacher-differentiated in all classrooms. Selected Grades 4-6 Quest students meet weekly from October through June and must maintain regular classroom work alongside Quest assignments.
