03Provide work, achievement history, parent observations, and other evidence that may not appear in universal screening.
04Ask which cognitive, achievement, classroom, teacher, family, and additional evidence the review team will use and when it will decide.
05If identified, request a written service plan describing the enrichment, differentiation, advanced work, projects, and progress measures matched to the student.
