Gifted and Talented Education / QUEST

Suffolk’s continuum progresses from early enrichment to QUEST services, arts talent development, and advanced secondary coursework.

How services work: All K–2 students receive periodic enrichment; identified students use QUEST push-in and pull-out services in grades 3–8, while T.E.A.M.S. serves qualifying art and music students in grades 4–5.

How students are identified: All students are screened at the end of grade 2 for academic gifted services, with additional referral and eligibility processes described in the local plan.
