Gifted/Talented and Advanced Programs
A detailed continuum combines early talent development, cluster groups, push-in and pull-out services, integrated middle-school programs, and high-school seminars.
How services work: All K–2 students receive guided enrichment; identified learners use clusters and STAR pull-outs, grades 5–6 add differentiated GT homerooms, grades 7–8 offer push-in or pull-out support and integrated programs, and high school offers Socratic seminars.
How students are identified: All second-graders take the NNAT3, and students scoring at or above the 90th percentile enter the referral process; integrated middle-school programs separately use recommendations, student interest, and assessment review.
