Fauquier’s named gifted continuum develops advanced mathematics and language-arts learners through enrichment, acceleration, advanced courses, and Governor’s School opportunities.

How services work: K–3 classroom and small-group enrichment, specialist instruction in grades 4–5, advanced studies in grades 6–8, and honors, AP, and Governor’s School pathways in grades 9–12.

How students are identified: Continuous referrals feed a multi-criteria review of ability testing, achievement, work samples, observations, recommendations, interviews, and family input.
