Advanced Learner Programs (ALPs)
Three grade-band programs recognize advanced potential and provide challenge based on demonstrated student need or gifted identification.
How services work: Primary ALPs (PreK–2), Intermediate ALPs (3–5), and Middle School ALPs (6–8), delivered through school-based advanced learning supports.
How students are identified: The district documents advanced potential and uses its published gifted identification process; service can be based on student need as well as formal identification.
