OUTLOOK Gifted Program
Emanuel County's OUTLOOK program provides enrichment and acceleration through differentiated instruction for students showing advanced intellectual or creative ability, motivation, or academic achievement.
How services work: The district seeks to identify and serve eligible learners at every school and grade level through academically challenging enrichment and acceleration. School-specific schedules should be confirmed locally.
How students are identified: Administrators, teachers, families, students, and peers may refer during published windows; qualifying achievement scores can trigger automatic referral. Evaluation considers mental ability, achievement, creativity, and motivation, with three of four areas required under the multiple-criteria route.
