REACH Program for Gifted Students

Coweta County's REACH program provides eligible gifted students with differentiated, more complex and in-depth learning that develops research, creative and critical thinking, communication, and self-understanding.

How services work: CCSS describes an array of service-delivery options and educational opportunities for identified students. Local schools publish grade-specific referral periods and coordinate services through their gifted teachers.

How students are identified: Teachers, families, counselors, and students may refer during published windows, while other grades are reconsidered through countywide testing. Eligibility follows Georgia's mental ability, achievement, creativity, and motivation criteria.
