Banks County tailors differentiated gifted opportunities to assessed advanced learning needs, emphasizing research, creativity, critical problem solving, communication, and self-understanding.

How services work: The district uses multiple state-approved models selected around individual strengths and interests. School gifted contacts provide the exact services available at the primary, elementary, middle, and high-school levels.

How students are identified: Educators, counselors, administrators, families, peers, students, and others may nominate, while Milestones or i-Ready scores support automatic referral. Teams evaluate Georgia's four areas under either state route.
