How students are considered
Published processThe initial NNAT3 assessment is administered in Grade 3 each spring. The teacher or district notifies identified families. In Grade 4, the teacher prepares a differentiated education plan and shares it with the parent. Students identified by another public district may transfer eligibility by submitting documentation to Educational Services.
What service can look like
Published modelElementary students remain at their home schools in cluster groups with flexible grouping, acceleration, in-depth study, depth and complexity, and tiered assignments. In high school, students use advanced and AP coursework, college courses, internships, and a counselor-built four-year plan.

01Ask the Grade 3 teacher or principal for the school's spring NNAT3 date and notification timeline.
02After identification, request the written result and ask when the Grade 4 differentiated education plan will be shared.

04Verify the student's cluster placement and the specific classroom differentiation strategies that will be used.
05For a transfer, send the prior public-district eligibility documentation to Educational Services; for high school, build an advanced four-year plan with the counselor.
