Published processParents can use the district Gifted Testing Request Form, and parents, teachers, students, psychologists, counselors, or principals may refer to the gifted coordinator. Staff may refer K-12 students at any time and are prompted three times yearly. A state-approved test measures verbal, quantitative, and nonverbal reasoning; 97th percentile in any area qualifies, while some students at or above the 94th percentile receive further contextual review.
