Gifted and Talented Services,
made navigable.

Nemo Vista accepts referrals all year, requires parent consent for data collection, and uses a trained five-member committee, multiple criteria, October and April placement meetings, and a written appeal process. Its service schedule is unusually specific across K-12.

How students are considered

Published processParents, teachers, principals, counselors, and community members may refer at any time. After parent permission, the district collects multiple evidence sources. A trained committee of at least five analyzes the data with no single criterion or cutoff and meets for placement in October and April. Families may first meet with the coordinator, then file a written appeal for a final five-member committee review.
